Suzette Abramson brings nearly four decades of real estate experience, deep market insight, and a people-first philosophy to The Nestwell Group. Before launching her real estate career in 1987, she attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she developed the discipline and service-driven mindset that would guide her throughout her professional life.
Suzette began her career in North Bergen, New Jersey, quickly becoming a top producer under the Realty World franchise and the respected Floyd Wickman “Sweathogs” program. In 1989, she relocated to Port St. Lucie, Florida, where building her first home sparked a lasting passion for new construction. She went on to thrive within the Century 21 system, earning her Florida real estate license, GRI designation, Florida Broker License, Mortgage Broker License, and CAM License.
Her dedication to professionalism is reflected in her long-standing service on both the Grievance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee, emphasizing her commitment to fairness and ethics in the industry.
Suzette’s career expanded to include mortgage brokerage in West Palm Beach and twelve successful years with RE/MAX, where she guided clients through multiple market cycles—from high-interest eras to booms, downturns, short sales, and foreclosures. Her experience is both broad and resilient.
In addition to real estate, Suzette spent seven years working in the medical field, earning certifications as an EMT, CNA, and various clinical specializations. Her hands-on work in hospitals, senior care, and patient support, along with volunteer service through the American Red Cross and local emergency response organizations, deeply shaped her understanding of compassion, service, and the emotional demands placed on healthcare professionals. These experiences inspired Homes for Healing Hands, The Nestwell Group’s signature program dedicated to supporting those who care for others.
Suzette moved to Carroll County, Georgia, in 2011 and now focuses exclusively on residential real estate. Her approach is calm, communicative, and grounded in the personal experience of relocation, transition, and client advocacy.
Outside of real estate, Suzette enjoys the arts, gardening, reading, and spending time with her rescued animals. As Broker and Owner of The Nestwell Group, she leads with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
